Scan to email Xerox 7132

Hi, 

 

Having difficulty scanning to email on our Xerox 7132 printer, when checking the logs we are getting the following error message - Aborted (016-781) - when checking what the code relates to it says something along lines of unable to connect to SMTP server, the weird thing is we use the same SMTP details accross 30 of our branches without issue, I have remotely logged on to a PC on site and was able to TELNET the SMTP address ok so i don't think there is any firewall in place blocking it. 

 

Any ideas as to what this may be?
