Re: Scan to email address books

I found my own answer to the greyed out @ sign. There is a setting in email on the web UI that limits sending email only to those listed in the address book. This box must  be unchecked.

Re: Scan to email address books

Thanks, they deleted the LDAP references and the internal address book is now the default. The new problem is that the keyboard doesn't show the @ sign or any other symbols so they can't enter any email addresses manually. They have done a POPO. Searchlite doesn't cover this problem. Any ideas?

Re: Scan to email address books

As far as i know, if you completely delete all LDAP settings on the device then address book automatically changing to Internal Address Book.

Scan to email address books

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Customer had LDAP set up but wants to change it to an internal address book only. They have deleted the LDAP information and imported an internal address book. When sending an email, the network address book is shown as the default selection and the customer always has to select change address book and select internal in order to search for an email address. Is there a way to set the internal address book as the default so that the customer doesn't have to always change the address book in order to search?
