Have you followed THESE STEPS when adjusting your settings? If so, is it happening with all users? All applications? You may need to contact Support to do some next level troubleshooting on this issue.

I've configured the Default Template of Network Scanning to scan in Color PDF, however, the scan to email comes as a black and white TIF. I checked all the settings but I couldn't find any other option to configure the scan template. Is it a firmware issue or I'm missing something? Unlike Xerox, Fuji Xerox has no template settings under Service > Email
