Scan to email compression on a WC3500

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I'm trying to help a customer who uses our software with their WC3500 to scan. Our software doesn't display PDFs properly with JBIG2 compression, so I'm trying to help the customer change the compression to CCIT. We found the setting for this when scanning to the network, and that works just fine, but the customer is wanting to scan to email. The document scanned to email is still using JBIG2 compression.

 

I've looked through the settings for the scanner and I'm sure I've overlooked something, but could someone point me in the right direction on where to change the compression for Scan To Email?
