This issue is still present after a Xerox tech performed the upgrades. However, this was not an issue for myself but one particular user. This person is scanning to email to his Chrome Gmail account.

To begin to with your firmware needs to be updated.  The Firmware level is pre 08/20.

The latest Service Pack (05/22) can be found on Xerox.com under Support and Drivers.

I suggest that you start with the Firmware update and see if this resolves your issue.

Scan to email document is sent with previous scanned document included

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a user that when he scans a document to email from the address book on the Altalink C8170 the email also includes the previously scan to email document. The copier software version is 105.011.009.34422
