This issue is still present after a Xerox tech performed the upgrades. However, this was not an issue for myself but one particular user. This person is scanning to email to his Chrome Gmail account.
To begin to with your firmware needs to be updated. The Firmware level is pre 08/20.
The latest Service Pack (05/22) can be found on Xerox.com under Support and Drivers.
I suggest that you start with the Firmware update and see if this resolves your issue.
