Here are a few things you can try troubleshoot the scanning to email message.
Scan to email doesn't work because the printer displays an error message: "The current policy of the device requires that the recipient has an unlimited email address."
Other Xerox WorkCentre device has got the same address list and there is no problem with it. I compared the settings but I doesn't find the problem. Also no possible to add email address manually.
