Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention which printer you are using so I will link to solutions that may help you resolve the fault code you are getting.  Try these solutions.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi!

I get error 016-772 when im trying to use Scan to email through wifi.

If i use cabel everything works fine but not with wifi.

I have tried only dhcp for dns settings aswell, the same settings as with working cable, and why wouldnt that work?

I have also changed the timelimit for dns from 1 to 15
