When I try to scan to email, this message shows that the printer has exceeded the maximum capabilities, but when I increase the the scannig limit, the problem doesn't go away. I'm trying to scan only one sheet of paper and it still doesn't work.
I have tried:
- Restarting the printer
- Network reset
I think I need to do a factory reset, but I can't find how to anywhere.
Do you have any suggestions?
