I am having this EXACT problem. However, it's not just scan to email. If I scan to PC it does the same thing. It seemed to start a few months ago. If you are able to resolve this, please post back here. I will do the same for you.

I have a Workcentre 3215 that scans to email just fine. Certain pages of the pdf appear fine, but others look crumpled at the top. I have tried several pdf viewers and only adobe seems to resolve them correctly (without the bunching at the top) anyone seen this?
