Hi AJTRE, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. It sounds like you have the wrong IP address for the printer.  Print out a settings report from your printer and try that IP address to get to the CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) for the printer.  Once in the CWIS for the printer check your email settings.  If there is a fault code please search the online support for that fault code for additional information on possible causes.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Scan to email stopped working

Product Name: WorkCentre 7525/7530/7535/7545/7556
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I keep getting an error message that reads FAILED Failure transferring job to network server. This is for the Xerox WC 7535 - scan to email. I try to go to the web address for the work centre we have, but that web adddress cannot be found. Who do I contact to get this resolved as we rely on scan to email heavily. Thank you.
