Scan to email with gmail

For scanning, I have set up the function Scan output with the address book.
Our environment needs the Novell protocol.
Printing is via the server queue (iPrint/LPR-Mode).

1. After a restart

2. Printing works.
3. Next I scan something about the scan output:

4. Scan works and the file is saved on the server.

5. After that, however, I can not print anymore, the message "The printer is in error status" appears.

I can fix it by changing the frame type in the Netware settings to another frame type:

6. After that I can print until a scan is done again. Then the process repeats, I have to manually change the frame type again to re-enable the network protocol.

 

What else do I need to adjust?
