I am not sure if this helps, but I found this post with a similar issue to yours that was solved. You can check it out HERE.

Hi everybody

I got a new printer 6025, and I try to configure the Email server, I did it but the message at the end is always the same SMTP Password is wrong, my problem is that I can't reset the Email server.

Do you know how to do it?

I restore the printer but that do nothing to the CWIS.
