Re: Scan to email

Change your primary network setting to Wireless instead of Ethernet and your scans should work over WiFi. Outgoing communications only go over the Primary Network while both the primary and secondary networks will accept incoming connections (concurrent connectivity).

Scan to email

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi All,

I have just purchased a 6515DNI and am having some trouble setting up the scan to email function. The next step after that will be scan to file.

With ethenet cable connected it works, scans and send ok.

Without ethenet using wireless connection it does not work, scans ok but will not send.

My guess is something in the DNS or similar is not set correctly.

Any ideas or instructions would be appreiciated.

Regards,
