I would recommened using STUNNEL, SMTP Relay (You can use a Server OS for this and google to find out to configure one), or just setup a GMX account. Their e-mail servers use port 25 and 578 without SSL encryption which you Xerox machine will work with. As you know, the Xerox device cannot utilize SMTP authenication with SSL/TLS.
