Scan to network (AVM fritzbox fritz.nas)

I have successfully configured one profile to work in the address book, but all additional profiles fail with the same message "File exists or the failure is unspecified"

First part of the video is about setting up an 'administrator user' to access to OC from a remote device (the Xerox) 
Secord part is about sharing the scan location folder and setting the permissions for the 'administrator user' and then the third parts is the IPv4 settings on (the xerox) with the past hierarchy folder "Shared Name" and the subfolder path "Document Path" followed by the 'administrator user' name and password. 

If you get to this part and it is sucessfull, and if you add further profiles to the address book and get stuck the the error "File exists or the failure is unspecified", repost you answer if you find a solution because this is where I am up too.

I want to scan to AVM fritz.nas storage.

I use the following configuration:

On the fritz box I have created a user called "Scanner" with read/write access to "fritz.nas\scan".

Also I acivated SMB and also SMBv1 for the Storage.

The Xerox Scanner I configured (see picture).

The Sending to fritz.nas/scan fails with the error: "File exists or the failure is unspecified".

What is wrong?

On fritzbox event protocoll I see that the login with smb user scanner is working.

Especially I am missing a setting on fritzbox or on xerox share name or somthing is wrong.

Can someone help.

I am using Fritz.Box 7590 with fritz.os 9.50
