We have a Workcentre 7435 and have the scans running to a pc on the domain that then shares it to other people in the building. Everyone is working fine but one person. One person can not access the folder. He can see other shared folders on the network but not the one he needs. I have looked and he has permission to access the folder. When we try to access the folder we get
"\\XEROXSCAN is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this netowrk resource. Contact the adminisrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions."
"The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to."
