Four months ago, I bought a Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner through Amazon. The scanner has been working perfectly since I installed it back then. Today, I got a new computer but the scanner isn't working.
After plugging it in, I see it shown in Devices and Printers. Right-clicking on it shows warning and offers troubleshooting which results in a message stating that it doesn't have a driver.
I downloaded VisioneerUpdate from the Xerox site. It recognizes the scanner but, in the process of setting it up, the program simply stops...no error...no completion.
I also downloaded OneTouch from the Xerox site but running that software results in a message stating that no scanner is connected.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what I can to get this scanner working again?
