Phaser 3100 MFP is always scanning in the small area as it does when a page is on the feeder, but there is no page on it, not even any feeder rotor movement, it just scans there.
Is there any way I could disable the feeder so it always use the flat surface?
Tried with a firmware update, putting some paper in the feeder, it just does not uses it.
