In my attempts to scan a document via flatbed, I am getting nothing. Normally when I launch the scanner application, it will do an overview scan. Now, it still looks and sounds like it's doing an overview but the scanned image is just a just a blank page.
I have changed nothing on my computer and I have not changed any settings on the printer.
