Re: Scanner blue background - calibration, but how?

Hello,

I tried my best and even with help from friend - backround stays blue. But is now completely blue, no areas with more and areas with less blue background.

A colleague at work told me, this might need a calibration. But - What do I need for this and how it is done?

Best regards!
Achim

Scanner blue background - calibration, but how?

Product Name: WorkCentre 7220/7225
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi@all!

I'm new here. Having a quite new XEROX 7220 and the problem, that every copy or scan has a blue background. The normal scanner calibration does not solve it. Is there a possibility in "6789-experts-menu" to correct and adjust this?

Thanks a lot!
Achim
