Scanner does not detected

after the solutions that you have porpused, I already tried and it isn't work, the scanner is not working, the printer is working properly and the copier is working too. What else could I try?

If the scan drivers and utilities I linked don't work (includes both for usb and network connection) you'll have to call it in to level 2 for escalation

I tried with the windows 7 x64 that you mentioned, and the scanner is not working, only works the printer.

what else can I do?

I dont see any Windows 10 drivers for that product. 

Try downloading Windows 7 x64 for that product

Good afternoon, I have a multifunction phaser 3100mfp/s and I can print and copy, but the scanner is not detected for the pc. I have installed the drivers of windows 7 x64 and I tried too the drivers of windows xp x64, and the scanner is not detected for the laptop with windows 10 x64
what can I do?
