We have a 6705 Wide Format which ahs been giving scanning issues. The most frustrating being an intermittent issue where after running a document through the scanner, the diplay screen shows "scanning" but does not go any further. It thens requires a shut-down and restart to be usable again.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues and have advice?
