2 days ago the IT dept that maintains the printers changed something, and you need to define the job type when on a forum
copy/print/scan are 3 different things.
when scanning<scans go to email or a PC> it print <scans don't print, prints print, copies copy> white page from feeder and from the glass its missing 2inches of the page the problem appear 2 days ago on 3 different printer<Again, are these prints, copies or scans> at different location <0% chance bug/corruption hits multiple devices in multiple locations at the same time>
If you are scanning to USB/PC/email, it is probably an over achieving IT person set the original size as something that isn't what you are using in the ADF or on the glass, simply scroll down the page at the MFP and see what the original size is set to, because what you are describing sounds like Letter LEF vs SEF, but it should just be Auto
