Hello there,

This sounds more like a Mac error than anything wrong with the printer. If you haven't already, you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xerox Print driver.

Scanner malfunction on Macbook

Product Name: WorkCentre 3025
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hello,

I have been experiencing a scanning malfunction on my WorkCentre 3025 device. Printing works pretty fine, however when I try to scan a doc, the control panels works fine. Even the file is generated. However I cannot open the document when I try to open.

I experience this problem after upgrading the OS from High Sierre to Catalina. Unfortunately my Mac is a mid-2012 so I cannot upgrade the OS higher than Catalina.

Any solution would be appreciated.
