Just an addition, because we don't know what DFE you have:
Make sure the IP Address displayed is 100.100.100.102 and the Subnet Mask is 255.255.252.0 for Fiery or 255.255.255.252 for Creo.
Hi,
016-576 it mean:
FTP scan connection problem with the DFE. Connection to the FTP service on the DFE failed.
Perform the following:
Power On/Off the DFE and the IOT.
Verify that the users can print through the DFE connected to the 700 DCP. If they cannot print, troubleshoot the DFE booting/printing problem first.
Confirm that an Ethernet crossover cable is connected between the Ethernet port on the side of the 700 DCP and the appropriate scan/Ethernet port on the DFE and the link LEDs are lighted on each Ethernet port. Replace the existing cable with a known good cable if there is any question about the existing cable.
On the EX700 (Fiery) and CX700 (Creo) the scan port is the bottom Ethernet port
On the integrated Fiery Bustled controller the scan port is the top Ethernet port
On the 700 FreeFlow Print Server (FFPS) the scan port is the top port of the 2 Ethernet ports located below the Video (monitor) port
Perform the following procedure with a laptop:
Configure the Ethernet Adaptor (Local Area Connection) in your PWS with the following:
IP Address: 100.100.100.101
Subnet Mask: 255.255.252.0
Disconnect the Ethernet crossover cable from the side of the 700 DCP and connect it to your laptop.
Open a Command Prompt (through Accessories) and type in the following command: ping 100.100.100.102
If there is no reply to the ping command, perform the following
confirm the IP settings in the laptop are correct ( a above)
replace the Ethernet crossover cable with a known good one
if the problem continues, reload the DFE software
if there is a reply, type in the following command: ftp 100.100.100.102
if there is a reply such as FTP connection refused; Access Denied, perform the following:
CX700/EX700 perform the following:
Disable the Windows Firewall Service by right-click on My Computer on the DFE and select Manage.
Expand Services and Application and select Services.
Set the Start Up Type property setting for Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing to Disabled.
All DFEs: If the problem continues, reload the DFE software
If a reply is received prompting for a user name, this is an indication that the FTP service is running in the DFE. Reload the 700 DCP software with a help of a tech.

Yes, scan options is correct.
Copying is working correctly.
At Fault History contains 016-576 error many times.
But if I check connection from web interface when I configure scan templates it sucessfully passed.
Hi,
Scan option is correctly setup?
If you try to make a copy it works?
There is a fault code shown? Also check Fault History for fault codes.
