Hello there;

This has also happened to my Versalink C7020; it was scanning fine to email, but has stopped working. I'm on the latest firmware version (Current Version: 57.69.91) so far as I know.

Is there somewhere where we can download updated (SSL) certificates to replace the ones on the machine, to see if that cures the problem? I've read that the factory-installed ones may have expired over the past few months.

Who provided you with those server settings? Do you have your own domain with e-mail or just using the free service of Hotmail?

Hello APMtichell1, 

I found a few different article on scan to email for you to review. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797. 

Scan to Email not working.

Intermittent Problem with scanning to email. 

Setup Scan to email  using Gmail.

Scanner stopped scanning to email

Hi,

Been in a queue for online chat with support for over 3,5 hrs, no response.

Our VersalinkC7020 stopped sending scans to emails. How to resolve this issue?
