Our office has a Xerox work centre 7855 and the scanner is greyed out and I get a message "No Device Address Book Contacts are set up for scanning. What has happened to my address book? I was out of the office for a week and returned to no scanner device. Do you think someone has changed it to the scanner workflow mode because that is now accessible for use but I entered email addresses to scan to under favourites in CentreWare and now I do not have an option to enter the email addresses back into the online site.
