Scanning 2 to 1

Thanks MargoV, But my requirement is that i need to scan the 2 pages to one page. I need to scan 2 pages in passport to one page as PDF file.

sorry - I was thinking copy - for scanning you can select the Job Assembly tab, build job and scan both sides on the glass one at a time. this will result in a 2 page PDF. you may also want to select the original size on the image adjustment tab.

does your unit have an ID CARD COPY button on the user interface? if so, you can use this feature to copy the front and back of the card on to one side of a piece of paper.  if not, contact your IT support and ask if it can be enabled, as it should be on the unit.

Sorry, I should have read it properly.

I had a look at ours and can't see how you can do that either. The only thing I could suggest would be to scan it as two pages then print it off as 2 to 1, a bit of a waste but couldn't find anything to change the output when scanning??

Doesn't look as though this can be done any other way.

Do a manual duplex scan and as long as your not splitting the emails it should send it as a multi page pdf.

We have workcenter 5735 at my office, i likes to know how to scan my passport first page and last page into one page as pdf document and send a email.
