Scanning Issues with Document Center 430ST

I have used my h Document Center 430ST to network scan and print for years.  All of a sudden it stopped scanning and e-mailing.  I discovered that many of the settings had been scrambled for some reason and when I put them right things seemed to work fine again.  One problem remains.  Whenever I try to scan it asks for a password.  For the lack of something better, I enter "admin" and it then works.  Any idea where in the browser interface I can fix this issue?  Thanks

It sounds like the Guest Authentication.
