Scanning Templates and File Repositories

Hi Kerryoaks,

You are able to configure 5 file repositories. This means you are able to set 5 different scanning locations, (whether they are 5 FTP servers or 5 different Share drives if SMB or mix).

Than you are able to create around 250 scanning templates which can be associated to those 5

repositories.

Those templates can define diferent file output format, or even different locations within the same share root.

A step further on this setup is to use windows technology DFS location. Please consult microsoft documentation about this technology.

I'm currently trying to setup workflow scanning using a 7535 device.  I need to scan to various locations on the network using different outputs i.e. PDF, TIFF etc for different department needs...

Is it possible to create different file repositories against individual scanning templates?  There only seems to an option to create 5 file repositories against the default template.

Any help appreicated.
