Why is the reason for don't support eliminate blank pages while scanning in this time?....  Is incredible  :-(

Hi Jonathan,

    You are not missing anything. The PrimeLink product does not have the blank page deletion option when scanning. This question came to me as a question via email today and after thoroughly researching this that is my conclusion. There is an option to suppress blank pages when printing, which can even be permanently enabled in service mode, but no such option when scanning.

To see this feature included in a future software update a Feature Enhancement Request needs to be submitted to Xerox. Your local servicing company can submit that request.

I searched the knowledgebase and I cannot find any information on the feature you are describing, so I would recommend contacting the Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist: 1-800-821-2797

Hi, I wanted to know if there is a way to do workflow scanning and automatically delete blank pages? It is a great feature on the 8070s and below, and some of our customers love it, but we have been unable to find this on the 9070.
