I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the machine. Please consider contacting our Customer Relations Help Desk and see if they can help you reach a resolution other than boat anchor. :-)
This is the worst printer I have ever owned. Not only will it not scan, it will not print photos! Total waste of money! Will probably use it for a boat anchor!!!!!!!!

Just received new WorkCentre 6515. This installation should not be this complicated! The printer is connected to my wireless internet. I followed directions and set up a scan folder on my pc and made it sharable. Every time I try to set up scanning, I get a message about a communication error. Is there a simple way to make this scan to my laptop?
