I would recommend you contact Fuji Xerox, which is a different company, for more assistance.
I have an Fuji Xerox printer CM205f which is still going fine. It's connected by LAN to my desktop. It is set up to scan to a shared folder on my desktop. Just yesterday, it stopped scanning coming up with the error above. It has been doing fine for a while. When I first changed to this desktop about a year ago, I had the same problem and I was on the phone to Fuji Xerox tech support and the guy spent more than an hour on the phone. He eventually had to set up a dummy windows user on the desktop to use its credentials and got it to work. I haven't made any changes to this user profile so I can't understand why it's suddenly not working. It doesn't seem to be a network problem as I can ping it and print to it via LAN. It's got something to do with the user profile/credentials, but I can't figure out what.
Can anyone help? Would be much appreciated.
