I'm having some problems with scanning in some xerox printers. It doesn't happen everytime but sometimes it gives me the error: "Job Status: FAILED. One or more messages were not sent. Device could not transfer messages to the sending mail server (SMTP). See your System Administrator." and the e-mail is not sent to the user.
We have too a Xerox Versalink C7020 with the same configurations and it works perfectly, it only happens on the workcentre 7220 and 7225.
What can we do to solve the problem?
