Scanning from a 6204 Wide Format to our office Server.

For the last 6 years we have been using the Xerox Corperation Wide Format Scan service software that came with our Xerox 6204 printer to transfer the scanned documents to our old workstations. The problem is when ever we buy a new workstation running Windows 7 it won't use the old Wide Format Scan service software and we can't get the new Access software to recognize our Xerox 6204 even using the IP address.

Is this a common problem?

Also is there a way to get the Xerox 6204 to send the scans to our office server instead of directly to the workstation?
