Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please delete any saved jobs or jobs being held at the Phaser. Power the machine off and wait for 2 minutes and power back on and try again. If you still get the error please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I have this printer Xerox Phaser 3635MFP with the system software version 20.107.01.000 and basically when the end users are trying to scan documents, the printer sent the next message "memory full"
May you let me know what should I do to fix that issue please?
