What do you have thew original size set to and what are you feeding into it?

What is edge erase set to (By default it is supposed to be .1 inches)

Scanning issue Workcenter 7845

Hello,

 

I have a problem with the scan function of the Workcenter 7845.

When I try to scan something, the upper-part of the document is cropped out. I think that I will need to change something in the configuration but I don't know what.. Can you help me please ?

 

I have access to the online pannel in order to edit the settings.
