I'm having the same issue and get the same error message. Can't anyone at Xerox address this post? It seems to be a 'known' problem.

Edit: I see there are a couple of users pointing to this problem, but there is no definitive solution.
I still haven't figured it out. Does anyone know, at least, if it's a software or hardware problem?

Scanning issue with Xerox WorkCentre 3225

Product Name: WorkCentre 3225

Hello!

 

The scanner has worked fine until I started to receive this error every time I press "Scan" in Easy Printer manager: 

"The current processing has failed, probably, due to a lack of memory or disk space in your system or due to problems at the device side. Output images have not been saved"

 

I have tried rebooting, reinstalling the drivers, firmware upgrade, but it doesn't help and I am not able to use the scanner.

 

Does anyone how to fix this problem?
