I think you need a firmware upgrade:

 

i see in rls notes :

 

061.130.220.15200 : At Web UI, when configuring Default or User template, no matter if setting Original Orientation to Portrait (Upright) or Landscape (Sideways), the actual setting at device shows "Sideways Images". Scanned image is rotated 90 degrees.

 

latest firmware release is : 061.130.220.21500

 

call xerox software support to obtain this one

To make it clear the machine is not Auto rotating the Network Scans file but the Scan-to-Email is?

Scanning on the WCP 5755

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We are testing a Xerox WorkCentre Pro 5755 and we are experiencing problems with the scan to PDF.  Landscape orientated documents open in Acrobat, however, in the Portrait orientation.  If the document is rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise in Acrobat, even numbered pages are inverted.  Scan to Email using the PDF format is working fine for both portrait and landscape orientation documents.  

 

Anybody having the same problem?  Any solutions?
