I scan and email my receipts on a daily basis to my bookkeeper, and I have noticed that the file name is always scan_001.pdf . The issue is when she saves it, sometimes overwrites the previous one. I find it almost impossible that this software does not name the file with some other naming convention. I can't find anything that I can change to remedy this issue.
