Scanning to O365

Product Name: Versalink C505
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm trying to scan to 0365 using the 0365 app. Whenever I try to login in to my O365 account I get an error passage saying the username and/or password is incorrect. I had verified the username and password is correct and I have tried nultiple accounts.

The Office365 app has been down for 2 weeks straight according to the app gallery forum.
