Scanning to PC - JPG/TIF files not generated?

Product Name: Versalink C605
Operating System: Windows 10


I have got a really strange problem. Scaning with the C605 works well for all other files than JPG and TIF. Scanning to Dropbox works well for all files, but the "native" scanning app doesn't not generate a file. No error is seen either - it scans - sends to PC - but nothing there. As said - permissions etc. should be OK as it works with PDF an XPS files. Anyone alse facing similar problems?

I have all the news firmware isntalled on both the PC and the printer. Also I have the firewall disabled.

Any ideas?
