I was receiving that "not available" error message while trying to scan, so I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver and software. Tried scanning again, no error message this time, but it still didn't scan to the PC.

We rebooted, and tried again, but the error message was back. Of course it prints fine, but when scanning via USB, no luck!

Scanning to PC - New Driver Needed

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello. My users are unable to Scan to PC on their laptops running Windows 10 version 21H1. The last driver/patch is from 2018, and it no longer works. Please provide us with a working driver. Thank you.
