If you don't need to scan to home folder, you can use a normal scan to file:
Go to properties -> Services -> Workflow Scanning -> File repository setup -> add new -> fill all the settings

Hi,
All depends on what you need. To use this you need to have some kind of user authentication in the printer, it needs to know what is the user so it can find his home folder. If the users in the AD has the home folder set in the LDAP, you need to set the LDAP settings in the printer:
- First go to web browser, enter in the printer and go to Properties -> Connectivity -> setup -> LDAP -> edit -> Add new
- Fill up all the fields with your AD settings.
- At the end of the page, please turn on "LDAP Referrals"
- Save
- Then go to User Mappings. Here you can test if your settings are correct. Check if the Home field presents some result. If not, you can not continue and you should use the method without LDAP
Then go to Properties -> Services -> scan to home -> General and fill all the settings but set the option "LDAP query"
If the users in the AD have no home folder set, you can not use LDAP:
Go to Properties -> Services -> scan to home -> General and fill all the settings but set the option "No LDAP query"
All the settings are self explanatory and you should have no problem. If not please post it here so we can help.
