Scanning to a network location via Fiery print server not working

I found a few articles around scanning to a destinations that may be helpful:

Does anyone know how to add scanning locations on the new Altalink webpage - via a Fiery onto a Network? 

There is no options in fiery configuration to add scan destinations like the Versant has. On the network the "scanner that's on the Altalink is not detected via the Fiery. Cannot reach port 8080 because it's trying to find the Fiery but there is no option on the Fierywebpage  to add a scanning location. It doesnt work with  http or http.
