Please take a look at our drivers and download page for what is currently available.  Unfortunately I do not see a driver for Ventura for your product.  You can also look at our drivers compatibility page

Scanning to brand new iMac with Ventura 13.5.2

Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Hello all, I am in a quandry and need help. I've had this phazer since new and always used it with a windows 7 pro operating system. Recently I purchased an iMac 24 running Ventura 13.5.2. Once the computer found the phazer I can print from the iMac without any issues. However I cannot get a scan thru to the iMac even though I have created a second computer destination with the correct IP address. When I ask the phazer to scan to the iMac I get an immediate error message, "Network Scan Error, connection timeout". I have a folder on the Mac named "Scanned Docs" as I had on the windows 7 machine which is obviosly where I would want the scan to land. Do I need a driver and if so which one? Apple support has been very good but they suggested I contact Xerox.
