I have an extensive task that is due for an audit pretty soon. And i am scanning some documents to email and then manually placing the documents in its respective share network folder this work around is taking a tremendous amount of time. I was told that there was a way to scan to a folder. I watched some videos on how to set up scan to network folder, but i am not sure which approach makes sense for what i plan to do. I need to have the ability to scan these documents to 3 different network folders. Thank you for help!
