Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have followed all the solutions listed for the fault code you are seeing.  Also review the tips for resolving scan to SMB issues.  If none of these steps help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Scanning to network share fails

Product Name: WorkCentre 6015
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I can scan to Win7 PCs on my local network but not to my Win10 PCs. On the Win10 PCs I have made custom local user accounts and shared folders just for the scanner, I have verified them, made sure SMB services and port 139 are open, I have used CWIS to set up Network Scan addresses in the same fashion as for the Win7 PCs (except using the domain\user format). All attempts to scan to the Win10 PCs result in the error message 031-529 Scan / Login failed. Please help, anyone?
