Hello cholder33,

Can you open any other files from that folder that are not scans? Are you able to save other PDF files to that location and open them? I would try that to see if you get the same error.

Scanning to one of my laptops

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I scan to one of my laptops can then go to my scan folder and try to open the document it says

You do not have permission to open the document “Xerox Scan_11062020092731.PDF”.

Contact your computer or network administrator for assistance.

 

How do I fix this?
